Inspection by the maker
Each item is checked by its artisan for finish, fit, and material quality before it leaves the workshop. Pieces with visible imperfections are set aside rather than sent.

Packed and dispatched
Your order is wrapped in protective, material-safe packaging suited to its contents, whether ceramic, textile, or wood, and handed to our shipping partner.
Delivery
Shipping across Mexico
We ship domestically across Mexico. Fragile ceramics are wrapped in layered, protective packaging and fitted into rigid boxes, while delicate textiles are folded with acid-free tissue and sealed to keep out moisture.
Once your order leaves the workshop, you receive tracking updates from dispatch through to delivery, so you always know where your piece is.
